Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee on the expansive deck or watching the hummingbirds frolic around the feeders, the peace and quiet of this retreat will soothe your soul.

The property features comfortable, well-appointed living spaces that blend rustic charm with modern amenities, ensuring a relaxed, cozy experience. The open-plan kitchen and dining area are perfect for sharing meals, while the spacious living room invites you to curl up with a good book or enjoy a movie night with loved ones. The location is ideally situated between Hayesville, NC (4 miles), Hiawassee, GA (7 miles) & Young Harris, GA (5 miles).

Bathroom highlights: each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer.  There is a private bathroom in each bedroom, as well as a hall bathroom on the main floor.

Kitchen highlights: The coffee maker is both drip (with a built-in coffee grounds filter) and Keurig-style. There’s a griddle, pots & pans, utensils, handheld mixer, measuring cups, colanders, and more.

Bedroom highlights: there are three king suites, one on each floor (main, loft, and basement) each with private bathroom, a sitting chair, and a dresser, and a large closet.

Entertainment: There are smart TVs in the living room, the main floor and basement suites (not the loft bedroom), as well as cards, games, and marshmallow roasting sticks at the welcome guest console table.

Miscellaneous highlights: broom, dustpan and vacuum are available for guests.

Outdoor amenities: driveway is circular and loops around the house, firepit, patio with swing and rocking chairs overlooking the yard.
